Raise your hand if this year has already gone by too fast. *raises both my hands*
Well my friends, it is that time of year again...TOMORROW! Love, lust, heart shaped everything, and youths baptized in Acqua Di Gio (smelled it on two different brown line trains) are back. As an active woman in her (*cough* 30's) protein intake is essential. I've created these 3 easy recipes to introduce anyone who isn't familiar with protein powder and/or collagen protein. No added sugars, totally clean, guaranteed to keep you full, and running strong all day.
*We can't always afford organic and fresh fruit all the time. Feel free to use fresh or frozen (or a combo) fruit. Try to stay away from canned fruit, as they contain hidden sugars.
For The Chocolate Lover:
WTF is "Clean Eating"?
Clean eating simply put is mindfully eating whole ("real") foods, and little to no processed foods. If it's made in a lab, or you can't pronounce the ingredients, it's probably not clean. Don't worry! I'm here to show you how easy it is. Please note that eating clean above all isn't a "diet", or "quick fix".
