*We can't always afford organic and fresh fruit all the time. Feel free to use fresh or frozen (or a combo) fruit. Try to stay away from canned fruit, as they contain hidden sugars.

Clean eating simply put is mindfully eating whole ("real") foods, and little to no processed foods. If it's made in a lab, or you can't pronounce the ingredients, it's probably not clean. Don't worry! I'm here to show you how easy it is. Please note that eating clean above all isn't a "diet", or "quick fix".
